Kutafin Model United Nations

Role: Delegate / Participant
Focus: International Relations · Politics · Economics
I participated in Model United Nations at MGIMO, working with international political and economic topics through debate, resolution writing, and structured discussion.

The experience helped me develop public speaking, negotiation, argumentation, teamwork, and the ability to approach complex issues from different perspectives.

It also taught me that being taken seriously in a room isn’t about being the loudest. More so, it’s about writing something worth arguing with.

Moscow Fashion Week — Event & PR Experience

Period: 2025–2026
2025 — Event Operations
I participated in Moscow Fashion Week across backstage, showroom, seating, and accreditation operations.

Working in a fast-paced professional environment, I developed practical communication, organizational, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while supporting different aspects of event operations.

2026 — PR Support
I returned to Moscow Fashion Week in a more advanced PR support role. The position required B2+ English proficiency and previous event experience.

I supported PR-related processes and communication within the professional event environment, building on the operational experience I had gained the previous year.

BRICS+ FASHION SUMMIT

Period: October 3–5, 2024
BRICS brought together fashion professionals, designers, experts, educators, media representatives, and emerged talent from different countries. Its program included lectures, discussions, master classes, and other professional events.

I explored the opportunity to participate in the Summit and gained insight into its international professional format. I chose to continue developing my event experience through Moscow Fashion Week, where the practical format and variety of responsibilities were more closely aligned with my interests, progressing from event operations and guest support in 2025 to PR support in 2026.

School Community

Teaching a Classroom

Independently prepared and taught six 45-minute Russian language and Literature lessons across four grade levels (5th-9th) during the school’s self-governance day, adapting content and delivery for each age group in real time.

Coordinating a Career Fair

Recruited and coordinated 14 students across 7 thematic zones for a school career-orientation event. When several originally selected participants withdrew, I independently found replacements to keep every zone staffed.

Leading a City-Wide Quest Team

One of three students selected to coordinate a 20+ person team during a city-wide educational quest through Kuzminki Park. Tracked logistics and scoring, managed the route and timing, and supported struggling participants over the four-hour event — without solving tasks for them.

Acting & Creative Collaboration

Duration: One academic year

Grade: 9

During Grade 9, I attended an acting class for one academic year.

The experience helped me become more comfortable with public performance, creative collaboration, and expressing ideas in front of an audience. It also gave me an opportunity to develop skills that are different from my academic interests while strengthening my confidence and communication abilities.

Skills Developed:
Public Speaking · Creative Expression · Confidence · Collaboration · Communication
Role: Main actor
Status: Completed

I participated as an actor in a short film created by a friend as part of her own creative and academic work.

I'm not naturally comfortable performing in front of people. Because of this, I deliberately decided to spend a year getting less afraid, in a low-stakes setting before it mattered anywhere else.

It contributed to my research passion by making me recognise the ability to understand as not only being willing to be looked at, but to observe as well.

I see it as a formal theory behind instincts I'd already been testing informally with my own family.

AIESEC

I’m an active member of AIESEC. I was recently selected to join a five-person team, working alongside a team leader, that matches aspiring participants with international internships suited to their profile. Over the next six months, I’ll help coordinate that matching process — and when the team leader role rotates by internal vote, I intend to run for it.

In December 2026, I’m also joining an AIESEC 6 week volunteer program with an educational nonprofit, focused on cross-cultural collaboration and social inclusion.

Long-term, I plan to carry AIESEC into university — through a local committee.
Focus: Team Coordination · Candidate-Project Matching · Leadership Development · Cross-Cultural Collaboration
Status: Active Member — ongoing since September 27th
